Bio
Being born in the real estate industry, I learned about investing in real estate and owning a business at a young age. My summers were spent assisting my father, Ron Stumpf, with day-to-day activities, such as managing investment properties to answering phone calls at the office. My favorite thing to do was accompanying my father at his property showings to learn how to communicate with clients and sell a property.
I graduated from Fresno State with a B.S. in Business Finance. Although my passion was real estate, I decided to enter the world of banking. I knew that it was important for me to learn more about financing. For six years, I worked at regional and international banks, including a Fortune 500 company. I worked with local owners and national businesses. I was consistently recognized as one of the top producers in the Central Valley.
I obtained my CA brokers license in 2010. When my position at Citi Bank was dissolved, I decided to go into real estate full-time. I do not regret my decision because I love working with my family and our clients. On a daily basis, I get to use my financing background to better assist our clients in receiving funding to purchase properties and businesses.
The biggest thing I have learned in real estate is that people value strong, prompt communication. I routinely check in with past, current, and potential clients. The biggest compliment, to me, is when our clients rave about our personable customer service.
