What's the Difference Between a Broker and an Agent?

In California, a Broker holds the highest level of real estate license. Brokers complete additional education and pass a more rigorous exam than agents (called "salespersons"). Many firms use salespersons who work under a broker.

At our firm, everyone is a Broker.

  • You work directly with decision-makers
  • We negotiate and structure your deal ourselves
  • No handoffs to junior staff

California's Highest Level of Real Estate Licensure

Every team member is a licensed Broker — you'll never be handed off to a junior agent.

Why Does a Commercial Deal Need a Professional?

A single commercial transaction can involve a dozen or more parties — lenders, attorneys, inspectors, city planners, and more. We coordinate everyone so the deal stays on track.

We think ahead. We anticipate problems before they happen and build solutions into the deal early — so issues don't derail your transaction later.

What Can You Help Me With?

We help owners, investors, and organizations buy, sell, and lease commercial properties and businesses — start to finish.

Brokerage & Advisory

  • Sales & leasing — office, retail, industrial, land, mixed-use
  • Multi-family sales — small to large portfolios
  • Business sales — across all industries
  • Property valuations (BOV/BPO) for owners, trusts, investors

Consulting & Market Insight

  • Investment consulting — portfolio review & strategy
  • Buyer & tenant representation
  • Market research — local and regional trends
  • Workshops, education, board & leadership briefings
We typically don't handle single-family homes or property management, but we're happy to connect you with a trusted partner.

How Do You Analyze a Property?

We combine national data with advanced financial modeling and decades of local knowledge. Every property is treated as an investment — not just a listing.

CCIM Designee on Staff

Our team includes a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) — a globally recognized credential for investment-grade analysis. Less than 1% of Central Valley real estate professionals hold this designation.

  • Market trend reports
  • National & international investor databases
  • Cash flow, cap rate & IRR modeling
  • Investment comparison tools
  • CoStar Suite market data

How Will You Market My Property?

Every property gets a custom marketing plan. We don't just post a listing and wait — we actively search for the right buyer or tenant.
